Hola Estudiantes!

My name is Sra. Graviss.  Many of you already know me as the 8th grade ESOL co-teacher at Rippon.  I have had the pleasure of working with many of you in Language Arts, Science and/or Civics, and now I will be working with you to complete Spanish this school year.

For those of you who don't know me, I have been teaching English Language Learners on and off since 2005.  I studied Spanish in Salamanca, Spain, and taught English as a Foreign Language in Barcelona.  My mother is of Mexican descent, which has fostered a life-long passion for the Spanish language and culture in me.  I look forward to sharing this love of Spanish with you virtually for the remainder of the school year.

I just want to remind all parents and students, at this time, all new work is optional.
What does that mean for you?  If you do it, I will gladly grade it and REPLACE any grade currently in the grade book (this semester runs through April 24th now).

I will send out new assignments via email as well as post them here as soon as possible.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at:

Muchas gracias,
Sra. Graviss
