SEPT 2022 EDITION #7

Attendance Information

PWCS is working to combat chronic absenteeism. Chronic absenteeism, missing more than ten percent of the school year for any reason, has been associated with lower reading and math achievement in elementary grades, and class failure and drop out at the secondary level. Rippon will be working closely with our attendance officer to fix our chronic absenteeism rate. The officer will be here to answer questions during Back-to-School night. For questions, contact MerinoBJ@pwcs.edu, our attendance secretary.
