Adult athletic passes
Adult athletic passes are now available through the bookkeeper, Ms. Biber or the activities director, Mr. Peterman(when he is not in class). The cost is $25.00 and entitles the owner to 10 Rippon Middle athletic contests(home ONLY).
Sales will begin at back-to-school night, Sept. .
The 2015-16 schedule will be posted on the school athletic calendar.
Face-to-face training will be administered on Sept. 1, 2015, November 4, 2015 and Jan. 19, 2016, all sessions beginning at 7 pm promptly. If you have taken face-to-face training you may take the training online at the PWCS.edu web site.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you do not wait until the night before try outs begin to complete concussion training. If you do this you run the risk of not being able to complete your training if the system is overwhelmed by an excessive volume of people trying to take their training. So do your training early.

Rippon will be conducting concussion training for all Spring sports on Monday, March 16th at 7:00pm. If you can't attend our training, please check the team files section and find a file when other middle schools are conducting there concussion training. You may want to call the school and just verify the dates and times are still valid.
If you have your completed athletic physical form, bring it with you.
Be sure to keep up healthy habits of exercise over the break. We come back for our first game on Thursday the 24th against Beville at home. Games typically start at 4:45 - study hall and field set up from 3:00. Parents not attending the game should plan on a 6:00 pick up time - allowing that we may be later than that. (This is for home games).
Also, be sure you come prepared with cleats and shin guards at every practice. I think it is in your best interests to have your own reusable water bottle marked with your name rather than drinking from the jug.
Come prepared for our first practice, let me know if there are any questions. I'll add you to the team list on the side as soon as I can.

The following numbers may attend Monday's practice. Most of the decision has been made, but there are a few more things we'd like to see to finalize the roster.
If you are not sure of your number, or you have questions, please see Ms. Alden in room 331, or message me here or on email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Come prepared for indoor and outdoor.
No cuts yet!
It's going to be a tough choice, we need to see your best work still. Come prepared for inside (inside shoes/shorts) or outside (cleats/long pants).
I'll post the starting season roster of numbers on Sunday pm, or Monday night.
