Rippon Raider community, I am excited about joining the team.  I am ready to be “All In, Everyday, Whatever It Takes,” to serve our students, teachers, staff, and parents.  My education and leadership background include 21 years of military service and over a decade of educational service. My greatest pass-times are reading and riding my horses.  My wife is a current Prince William County teacher, and my sons are products of the Prince William County school system. Let’s make it an awesome Raider year!!

Dr. Griffin is an engaging leader. She is visible and approachable and understands that positive relationships with students will result in stronger relationships with their families. She is a mother to an amazing eleven old, London, and enjoys music, social gatherings, family events and traditions, traveling, reading, and creating future memories one moment at a time. Dr. Griffin is looking forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to continue fostering a warm, safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
