Boys' basketball tryouts begin November 5, 2025, after school. All athletes are to complete and upload their physical form into the Arbiter program and complete the concussion training using the link in Arbiter. The concussion training was built into the Arbiter program and is in written form only. No videos like previous years. Practices will run from the time students are released (3:05) from class to 5:15. Parents picking up athletes should arrive in the back of the school, near the baseball field, by 5:15. 

Boys should be prepared for tryouts. They sould have shorts, sneakers, t-shirt, and game ready attitude. We want boys who are ready to learn ball. Don't forget to bring a refillable bottle for water. 

Physical Form (PDF)

All sports forms (physical and concussion) can be found on ARBITER. Do not turn in paperwork to any staff at school. All paperwork/forms should be uploaded through the Arbiter program. 

Activity Busses And Parent Pick up for Practices

Practices will run from the time students are released from class to 5:15. Parents are expected to pick up athletes in the back of the school, near the baseball field, by 5:15. 

Activity busses began August 25, 2025, Monday through Friday. They will run through to the end of the year. Activity busses leave Rippon at 5:30 and will run/ drop off Rippon students in Rippon designated areas. 

Game Information

Games start approximately at 5 PM. This will depend on the arrival of the opposing team. Most games will end by 7:15 PM. Parent pick up should be made in a timely fashion. All spectators  are to enter and leave to be picked up at Door 1.

Activity busses will not be available for after games. 

Games are subject to change dates due to weather and other unforeseen situations. 

All students planning to attend are to go home and return without bags, back packs, or purses. 

Costs To Attend: $3 Adults,   $1 Students
